PAUL ERLING OYEN, performer, musician, creative input

Born- Cleveland, Ohio

Resides- Los Angeles, California

Paul first became involved with bLoNd cHiLi Productions while studying
Structural Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, where he met Andre Hyland. They quickly became good friends, and Paul was first asked to play a Public Access church member named Dean in the short film "Been There, Done That". That role quickly grew into many others among the bLoNd cHiLi Films.

In addition, "Been There, Done That" was not the Dean character's last appearance. In January 2001, bLoNd cHiLi began producing the "Tracy, Dean, & Jesus" (TD&J) program on Media Bridges Television in Cincinnati, Ohio, where Dean became Dean Glenn (Youth Minister, side kick to Minister Tracy Marune at the Waldorph Christian Parish). Hence the name "Tracy, Dean, & Jesus". Oyen has been instrumental in the ongoing TD&J project, writing and performing much of the music used in the series and live performances, including the music for "Mesh Hat" in combination with lyrics by Hyland. Paul also launched the official TD&J website.

His natural comedic sense and quick-witted ad lib abilities make him an invaluable part of many bLoNd cHiLi projects.
